Yes! You Can Predict Outcome in Stroke: Predicting Recovery of Walking, Hand Use and Aphasia
Description: This webinar will review in detail the factors that predict recovery of walking, arm and hand use and language after stroke. We will discuss how bed side examination, clinical testing, transcranial magnetic stimulation and cranial imaging can all contribute to improving outcome following stroke. We will introduce the proportional recovery model, and discuss the PREP protocol, the first algorithm for classifying functional outcome for upper limb after stroke.
