Participants will explore what is currently known about potential changes in musculoskeletal function across the menstrual cycle and how hormonal contraceptive use may influence these factors. The webinar will also critically examine common social media claims surrounding menstrual cycle phases, sports-related injury and performance, helping clinicians distinguish evidence-based information from misconceptions and recognize the limitations of the current research.
